Coastal Ranch Gets A Complete Remodel

This rambling ranch house has a unique footprint and sits on an extremely large lot. It had been empty for a number years, left in total disrepair. The project was a complete remodel. The low ceilings in the kitchen were vaulted up to 17 feet and clerestory windows were added, allowing the roofline to extend for the addition of a screened porch off the back. The existing small rooms were opened up to create one large lofty living space. Modern furnishing and antique were mixed for a relaxing, eclectic feel.
