Our philosophy is to create custom furniture designs that enhance our projects creating a unique, one-of-a-kind environment with personality and style. Our CAD artist/engineer creates exceptional technical drawings and specifications that are released for sourcing, ultimately to be placed in one of the numerous partner factories that display the core competency of the specified discipline.

Bed WallÂ
The bed wall was designed to reflect the true Art & Crafts nature of The District Hotel guestroom. It is carefully engineered with plumbing, electricity and lighting, and manufactured in sustainable dark Mahogany wood. The metal fabrication houses the artwork with custom lighting and vanity mirrors on the back.
Floating Vanity
The concept for the District Hotel and the size of the guestroom allowed us to fit the vanity behind the Bed Wall. Designed as a freestanding piece that will arrive from the factory with the sink and countertop already installed.
This custom metal and leather bed was designed to slide perfectly into the District Hotel Bed Wall creating a seamless look of being one adjoining piece of millwork.
The Rattan Bar
The bar cart houses all the amenities in the hotel guestroom as well as a hidden mini refrigerator. This unique design was inspired by an old Arts & Crafts era piece!
